Composed of a table, a sideboard and a seating program, Palatine is a tribute by the designer to the Italy that inspires him: to its history and its art of living, to its classic or contemporary architecture, and to all the details that make the light catches on a column, a hollow, a projection, like on the facade of a building.
For the seating, the designer used soft, flowing lines to create a comfortable, sensual, and essential effect. These are assemblages of large cushions that form the seats, armrests, and backrests. Vigorous piping runs around the volumes and intertwines, emphasizing their intertwining with this pattern.
